Next Monday, May 13th, all IHLS offices will be closed for our annual IHLS Staff Day - a one-day staff in-service meeting. This means that our buildings will be closed, and no deliveries will be made. SHARE will have limited support staff for emergencies. Normal delivery will resume on May 14th.

Thank you to the member libraries that reached out to us to let us know that you submitted a help desk ticket with no reply. There was an issue with the platform that caused none of the tickets to show up on our end, and it has now been resolved. If you submitted a help desk ticket between 2/26-3/5, we received them all this afternoon, and will be replying to your messages as soon as possible!
This has been the second time our help desk ticketing platform has been down this year, and we are hopeful that this issue will be resolved.
