We are happy to report that, according to feedback from our drivers, many libraries are already fully compliant with this updated procedure-thank you for your efforts! If you're not familiar with this, the new procedure is to turn the labels around when items are ready for pickup. This helps ensure efficient and accurate delivery service. Drivers have been instructed to leave containers behind if the label is not turned around, and this practice will continue.
