Thank you to the member libraries that reached out to us to let us know that you submitted a help desk ticket with no reply. There was an issue with the platform that caused none of the tickets to show up on our end, and it has now been resolved. If you submitted a help desk ticket between 2/26-3/5, we received them all this afternoon, and will be replying to your messages as soon as possible!
This has been the second time our help desk ticketing platform has been down this year, and we are hopeful that this issue will be resolved.
